Crown Stables is a luxuriously appointed holiday let for two located in the heart of historic Rye, East Sussex. Minutes from Rye’s ancient citadel with its independent shops, cafes and restaurants, Crown Stables has been lovingly renovated with a modern interior, hand-picked furnishings and quirky charm; perfect for a romantic escape.
Step into the open-plan living space and you'll find a breakfast bar situated beneath a double window, ideal for a spot of people watching with your morning coffee.
Two large reading chairs, lit with a table lamp make a cosy snug area, the perfect spot to unwind with a good book, or plan tomorrow's adventure.
The fully equipped kitchen rests at the rear of the property, with wooden units and modern appliances - including a Nespresso Vertuo machine, whilst the dining area provides a warmly lit space to linger over a glass of local wine.
The double bedroom boasts a vaulted ceiling and south facing sash window with luxury linens, towels and robes supplied.
Your hosts Yasmin and James live in Rye and will be delighted to offer you advice and local knowledge.
Please note:
The property is not suitable for children and no pets are allowed.
The property is adjacent to the Crown Inn which has a late licence on Fridays and Saturdays. So although Crown Stables has soundproofing, please be aware that there will likely be some noise late night/early morning at weekends. For your comfort, disposable earplugs are provided, these can be found in each bedside table.
